  This is a fantastic restaurant. Everything is freshly prepared and the dishes are truly inventive. The desserts/pastries are unbelievable. The best macaroons I've ever had. Those complaining that they had to wait for their food don't understand that, if every dish is prepared to order, it's not going to be McDonalds. Thankfully! LOL
  
  We stumbled on this restaurant during a recent trip. Went the first night because it was close to your hotel and had gotten good reviews. Went back the next two nights because it was so outstanding.

  The Beef tartare was not taste at all, is was maybe 1oz or less, it was only that raw 1oz beef, nowhere to taste neither see tartare sauce, and a small metal cup holding extra extra and extra salty fries, same quality as fast food. I don't people grade them but I'm from Europe and this not even close, I prefer American food instead.
