  Went here after my grandson's football game to get lunch. Sat down at 12:50 and waited for someone to bring us menus and take our drink order. Finally had to go to the hostess desk (which was not staffed) and grab menus for our table. Then finally a waiter came to our table and took our drink order. After another extended wait our drinks came...and finally we got to place a food order. At 2:00 pm, after still not being served we asked where our food was. At 2:30 we finally got food...it was all cold, my wife's order was wrong, my granddaughter's cheeseburger looked like the cheese was rubber and it was ice cold in the middle. The excuses ranged from no hostess, limited wait staff, limited kitchen staff, and a large party in the back of the restaurant. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he wasn't on site. We are now at McDonald's enjoying a meal.

  Very tasty food a nice hot plate that's for sure. Polite Waitress checks on you enough returns often. I saw a few customers at the bar only drinking. Happy healthy environment where everyone can enjoy themselves. I came in with my family and saw other families with smaller children. Everything is just right at Altitude Bar & Grill.

  We have stopped in here for lunch a couple of times when traveling from Phoenix with our kids. Good food, great service. People are really nice. We have stopped in at quiet times - mid-afternoon, while traveling. Comfortable, great atmosphere. Kids menu, and things for Mom and Dad.
